For years, I felt like I was living on autopilot—checking the boxes, showing up, doing “all the things,” but feeling completely disconnected from myself. I was a devoted mom, a loving wife, and a woman with so much to give… but I was also quietly unraveling. I woke up each day feeling heavy, irritable, and resentful with no obvious reason why. I had lost myself in the noise of life.

Then, seven years ago, everything changed. The sudden passing of my younger brother cracked something open in me. It was my wake-up call. I realized I couldn’t keep living a life that felt like I was only surviving. I wanted more—for myself and for my family.




Through self-discovery, shadow work, energy healing, and soul remembrance, I began to feel whole again. Not perfect. Not “fixed.” But present, aligned, and truly alive. I got to know myself on a soul level—and for the first time, I started to feel free.
